Trust in the Experienced

On our morning walk, I decided to take the neighbor kid, Ceasar. He spends most of his time in the house with his human. But I decided I need to start preparing the younger generation for the world of work, and quite frankly, survival skills.

Ceasar has no understanding of how to patrol a farm. In fact, in this picture you will notice he has not concept that he is about to be trampled by one mad Angus momma.

And that’s what I want to impress on you humans today. Trust in experience. Listen and learn from those who have made a difference. And those of us seasoned workers, take on the responsibility to lead.
